For our office in Memmingerberg near Memmingen (Allgäu, Germany) and our project sites, we are looking for a Site Supervisor Electrical (m/f/d), full-time or part-time, starting immediately.

The Role

As an electrical site supervisor, you oversee the installation of electrical systems directly on the construction site. You check that planning, installation, documentation and the actual execution are consistent with one another.

The focus is on power systems, low-voltage systems, cable routes, distribution boards, safety and communications technology, as well as coordination with HVAC & plumbing, building automation/MSR (BMS) and other project stakeholders.

Site Supervision and Quality Control

• Supervising the installation of electrical systems
• Checking installation quality against the design, specifications and standards
• Inspecting installation progress, cable routes, distribution boards, cable containment and connections
• Identifying, documenting and following up on defects
• Supporting acceptance procedures, functional tests and commissioning

Coordination and Interfaces

• Coordinating with contractors, planners, project management and the client
• Coordinating interfaces with HVAC & plumbing, building automation/MSR (BMS) and structural trades
• Attending site meetings and technical coordination sessions
• Monitoring schedule and construction progress
• Helping to resolve technical questions on site

Documentation and Follow-up

• Reviewing design documents, as-built records and technical documentation
• Recording findings, open items and defects
• Tracking outstanding work and corrective measures
• Supporting project status updates, reporting and decision-making documents
• Ensuring traceable communication within the project

Professional Qualifications

• Vocational training, master craftsman or technician qualification, or a degree in electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in electrical installation, site management, site supervision or installation coordination
• Understanding of design documents, circuit diagrams, distribution boards, cable routes and technical documentation
• Knowledge of power systems, low-voltage, security or communications systems is an advantage
• Confident use of digital tools, drawings and documentation
