PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire an experienced SharePoint Developer for a fully remote opportunity. Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 Hours per Week

Working Hours: Collaboration with teams operating in the Pacific Time Zone

Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment)

Pay Rate: $54.50 per hour

As a SharePoint Developer, you'll serve as a key contributor to digital transformation initiatives focused on improving quality compliance, operational efficiency, and business processes. You'll design and develop modern SharePoint solutions, automate workflows, create data-driven dashboards, and build user-friendly applications that enable teams to work smarter and faster.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced SharePoint solutions, including:




• Custom SharePoint sites




• Workflows




• Forms




• SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components




• Analyze and redesign business workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and strengthen compliance




• Develop automation tools and scripts using Python, Power Automate, and other modern technologies




• Create powerful reporting and visualization solutions using Power BI and Tableau




• Build intuitive internal applications using Power Apps and user-centered design principles




• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into innovative digital solutions




• Develop documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures




• Support user adoption through training, onboarding, and change management initiatives




• Leverage analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making




• Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement




• Ensure digital tools and workflows comply with standards and requirements common in regulated industries such as aerospace and manufacturing




• Drive continuous improvement through technology innovation and workflow optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in SharePoint development, business systems, or related technology roles




• Expert-level experience with SharePoint development and administration




• Strong proficiency with:




• JavaScript




• HTML




• CSS




• SharePoint Framework (SPFx)




• SharePoint REST APIs




• JSON customizations




• Experience developing automation solutions using Python




• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including:




• Power Apps




• Power Automate




• Experience creating dashboards and analytics solutions with:




• Power BI




• Tableau




• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:




• Pivot Tables




• Power Query




• Macros/VBA




• Dashboard creation




• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including:




• Teams




• Planner




• Forms




• Lists




• OneDrive




• Outlook




• Copilot




• Strong understanding of:




• Process mapping




• Documentation development




• Workflow design




• Business analysis




• Change management




• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries




• Knowledge of AI-enhanced workflows and prompt engineering concepts




• Experience with SQL fundamentals and data modeling




• UX/UI design experience for internal business applications




• Background supporting quality management or compliance-focused business processes




• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




• Experience facilitating user training and driving technology adoption

Pay Details:

$54.50 per hour
