Our client, a high-growth startup in private markets is looking for strong additions to their team on Associate level
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the company's growth strategy, identifying opportunities to expand market share, enter new markets, and strengthen competitive positioning within private markets.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modelling to evaluate strategic initiatives, business opportunities, and potential partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, product, sales, and operations teams to drive strategic projects, optimize business performance, and support key company-wide initiatives.
- Prepare strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive presentations to support data-driven decision-making and fundraising activities.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth technology startup.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated interest in private markets, financial technology, and alternative investments, with an understanding of the private capital ecosystem considered an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving Series B startup environment.
