Our client is a leading investment firm investing across the energy and infrastructure sectors. They are looking to hire an Investment Associate to join their Zurich team, working across the full deal lifecycle from sourcing and execution through to portfolio management.
Responsibilities
Execute acquisitions and investments across energy and infrastructure.
Build financial models and valuation analyses.
Conduct commercial, financial and operational due diligence.
Prepare investment committee materials and presentations.
Perform market and industry research.
Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives.
Work with management teams, advisers and financing partners.
Requirements
2-6 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity with an energy/infra focus.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Strong academic background.
Fluent German.
