Private Equity Associate

Our client, a well established PE fund is looking for Investment Associate to join their team in Dusseldorf

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and presentation skills
• 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Support deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution of investments in the DACH region
• Develop investment memos and financial models for internal evaluation
• Collaborate with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and value creation
• Monitor market trends and identify attractive investment opportunities
