Our client, an international investment banking boutique focusing on M&A and Capital Markets within Food&Agri sector is looking for a strong Senior Analyst to join their team in Frankfurt!
Responsibilities
- Execute M&A and capital markets transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring.
- Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, information memoranda, and other transaction-related materials.
- Conduct industry research, company analysis, and due diligence, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of investment banking experience, with exposure to M&A and/or capital markets transactions.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
