Asset Management | Senior Analyst/Associate | Real Estate Berlin, Germany A leading international real assets investment manager is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join its growing Asset Management team in Berlin. The successful candidate will support the execution of asset strategies across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate investments and work closely with acquisitions, finance, leasing and operating teams to drive value creation initiatives. The position provides broad exposure to asset management and value creation initiatives, close interaction with senior leadership, and strong long-term career development potential Key Responsibilities Support the active management of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets across Germany and Europe. Develop and maintain financial models, business plans, and cash flow analyses. Monitor asset performance against underwriting assumptions and annual budgets. Identify and implement value-enhancing initiatives, including leasing strategies, capex programmes, refinancing opportunities, and operational improvements. Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio reviews, and investor reporting packages. Coordinate with property managers, leasing agents, technical advisors, and external stakeholders. Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and hold/sell analyses. Support acquisitions and dispositions through underwriting, due diligence, and asset transitions. Conduct market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making. Candidate Profile 2-6 years of relevant experience in asset management, acquisitions, investment management, valuation, or real estate advisory. Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Argus is advantageous. Solid understanding of commercial real estate investment principles and key performance metrics. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
