VP Leverage Finance

We have been mandated to hire a senior professional in leveraged finance at the VP level for a large-cap commercial investment bank in Frankfurt. This role focuses on the origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions across Europe.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive strategic conversations with customers, utilising your sector and capital structure expertise across Western Europe.
2. Work on complex, event-driven transactions throughout Europe.
3. Develop and manage client relationships, providing significant exposure and internal visibility.
4. Support senior originators in business development, transaction execution, and identifying new opportunities.
5. Contribute to the delivery and growth of our Leveraged & Acquisition franchise for Sponsor clients.

What You Will Bring:

1. Experience in credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling.
2. Proven track record in delivering complex transactions.
3. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
