As a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d), you will develop sophisticated web applications as part of interdisciplinary teams. You will help our clients take complex projects from initial ideas to implementation using coding agents, ensuring sound architecture, secure software, and a maintainable codebase.
Your profile:
- At least six years of professional experience in web development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience translating client requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria
- Daily use of coding agents and the ability to critically evaluate their output regarding architecture, quality, security, and maintainability
- Responsible use of AI, with consideration for client data and energy consumption
- Independent working style, strong communication skills, and experience collaborating with clients
- German language skills at C1 level and good English language skills
- Primary residence in Germany
Your responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering complex web applications from requirements analysis to launch
- Defining and verifying accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility requirements
- Working in agile teams with daily stand-ups, weekly meetings, and sprint reviews
- Ensuring software quality through automated tests, coding agent reviews, and peer reviews
- Mentoring junior developers and strengthening their technical judgment
- Improving tools, workflows, and best practices
- Contributing to Peerigon's development and company culture
This position is available full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 32 working hours per week.
