What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative, customer service and sales support, ensuring professional visitor experience and prompt handling of calls, mail, enquiries and internal/external stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate purchasing and operational support through SAP, including goods, materials, office supplies, spare parts, custom work orders, cost records, product preparation, labelling and shipping documentation.
- Support ISO, Lean, safety, compliance and internal audit activities, helping maintain high standards of quality, safety and continual improvement.
- Assist Finance and management with reporting, record keeping and other assigned administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and remaining flexible around working hours when required.
- What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma, post-secondary education or equivalent, with at least one year of office environment experience.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing in German and English languages.
- SAP knowledge is preferable.
