Build and grow strong relationships with clients across key industries (engineering, food, pharma) Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire customers Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop optimal system solutions Manage and expand the distribution and sales network across Romania Represent the company as the local market expert and trusted partner Work independently from a home office while staying connected to HQ in Austria and support teams in Budapest
Strong background in technical sales (ideally in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or automation) Ability to combine commercial drive with technical understanding Highly self-reliant and organized, comfortable working remotely Willingness to travel extensively within the region Fluent in Romanian and English (German or Hungarian is a plus)
