Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner delivering professional and managed solutions across EMEA.We’re hiring a Cloud Solution Architect – Skype for Business (SfB) / Microsoft Teams for one of our key enterprise clients. This role is ideal for an experienced architect with deep expertise in enterprise voice, unified communications, and collaboration technologies, specialising in Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, deployment, and optimisation of Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business environmentsArchitect and deliver enterprise voice solutions including Teams Phone, Direct Routing, and Operator ConnectPlan and execute migrations from Skype for Business to Microsoft TeamsDesign and implement unified communications and collaboration solutions aligned to business requirementsIntegrate Teams with telephony platforms, SBCs, contact centres, and Microsoft 365 servicesProvide technical leadership on governance, security, compliance, and user adoption strategiesTroubleshoot complex voice, networking, identity, and collaboration challengesAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on modern workplace and communications transformation initiativesKey RequirementsExperience delivering Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, or Unified Communications solutionsStrong expertise in Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and enterprise voice technologiesExperience designing and delivering large-scale Teams migration programmesKnowledge of Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and PSTN connectivityStrong understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and collaboration servicesExperience with voice networking concepts including SIP, QoS, DNS, and network optimisationFamiliarity with security, compliance, and governance best practices within Microsoft 365Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing consulting skillsSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in complex enterprise environmentIf you're a passionate Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams, and you're looking to help enterprise customers modernise their communications and collaboration platforms, #J-18808-Ljbffr
