In this role you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions. This includes analyzing requirements, developing reports and dashboards in Cognos, performing data modeling, and providing training and support to ensure effective use of Cognos solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Direct interaction with customers, providing expert advice, addressing their needs, and ensuring a high level of service.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to understand client challenges, and the capability to deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.
- Analysis of customer requirements and creation of reports and dashboards with Cognos.
- Contributing to the development of Cognos reports and dashboards.
- Carrying out data modelling.
- Training and supporting our customers in the use of Cognos reports and dashboards.
Your profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in this kind of role.
- Solid experience in creating reports and dashboards with Cognos.
- Good knowledge of SQL and multidimensional data modelling.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
- Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable experience.
- Fluent in German is a plus.
