Job Description
People Hive is supporting a client in the search for dedicated SAP Consultants to support high-impact digital transformation projects within the public sector.
The successful candidates will help clients optimize customer management processes and develop innovative solutions using SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA Customer Management (CM) and SAP CX, in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with long-term digitalization initiatives and the opportunity to progress towards project management, team leadership, IT architecture or product ownership.
Critical Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of SAP experience
- German proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
- Experience in SAP CRM / Customer Management consulting and development
- Strong practical experience with SAP ABAP and ABAP OO
Important Requirements
- Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable technical qualification
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM/CM, SAP CX and SAP UI5
- Ability to translate customer requirements into effective SAP solutions
- Willingness to meet clients on-site when required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working on public sector digital transformation projects
- Demonstrated track record of addressing complex technical and business process challenges

About the Client
Our client is an established organisation specialising in digital transformation and innovative IT solutions for the public sector, committed to delivering excellence through modern technology and a supportive team culture.
Location: Germany (fully remote within Germany)
Languages required: German (C1, written and spoken)
Working arrangement: Remote (on-site client meetings when required)
Employment: Full-time
Salary: €50,000–€90,000 gross per year plus bonus model
