Your key responsibilities:
- Employer Branding & EVP Implementation: Implement and continuously refine a comprehensive employer branding and EVP concept to highlight the company\’s unique selling points. Create, execute, continuously improve and innovate target group-specific campaigns and communications.
- Strategic Candidate Attracting: Develop and implement strategies to attract talent and enhance the candidate experience for different target groups. Create and manage targeted recruitment campaigns for various talent segments.
- Employee Engagement: Create concepts for positive employee experience from the first contact through the first day at work.
- Social Media and Digital Marketing: Launch and manage innovative social media campaigns to promote our employer brand. Foster a community in social networks, engaging with diverse groups.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align branding strategies with company goals. Foster cross-functional teamwork to drive branding initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage projects and deliver results independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Structured and flexible working style with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong focus on candidate and employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Interest in new technologies to enhance employer branding efforts.
- Strong conceptual skills with a hands-on approach and digital affinity.
