Detail job description
- Being the primary point person responsible for managing and communicating with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handling daily order entry, processing and expedition of orders.
- Responding to customer requests and inquiries.
- Coordinating special shipping instructions with the Shipping Department.
- Monitoring the production status.
- Understanding the language of International Business, including Letter of Credit, Proforma, CAD's (Cash Against Documents), Certificate of Origin and Export freight terms.
- Assisting the International Sales Team with various functions.
Requirements
- Commercial training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Italian and English. German is a plus
- International Customer Service experience is highly appreciated
- Advanced computer skills/proficiency in MS Word, Excel, TEAMS and Microsoft Office
- Being well organized and capable of handling a variety of issues and assignments
- Independent and structured way of working
- Having good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Being able to build customer relationships
