Cargolux, with the headquarter located at the Luxemburg Airport has five stations within Germany.
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated:
Officer Administration Germany (w/m/d) in full-time or part-time 80% (32 Std./Woche min.)
located in Frankfurt am Main.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Process invoices, expenses and other financial documentation related to Germany
- Maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure resources are adequately stocked and available
- Support and coordinate payroll cycles, personnel administration and compliance with local HR policies
- Oversee record-keeping and lease contracts for offices, rental cars, and phone contracts
- Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
- Act as a backup for the Manager during periods of absence to ensure continuity in critical processes
- Propose and implement improvements to administrative efficiency
- Ensure timely support for projects
- Contact person for our headquarter as well as for external partners
- Plan and organize team events
