Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d)_Eschborn – Transformers & High Voltage Equipment (Europe / UK) [Company Overview] Our client is the European subsidiary of a global high-voltage electrical equipment manufacturer, responsible for sales, distribution, and project execution across Europe. The company supplies transformers, GIS, circuit breakers, and rotating machines, and supports logistics, installation, and commissioning through local partners. [Location] Germany (Europe / UK coverage) [Employment Type] Full-time Key Responsibilities 1) Sales Support & Business Development- Support senior sales managers in identifying and approaching potential clients (utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial clients)- Assist in preparing commercial and technical proposals / bid packages- Help coordinate tenders and gather documentation for negotiations2) Account & Relationship Support- Maintain regular communication with assigned clients under the guidance of senior staff- Serve as a supporting contact point for customer inquiries and follow-ups- Keep customer records, contact lists, and CRM data accurate and up to date3) Commercial & Contract Support- Assist project teams in Europe and Korea with pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation- Support cost estimation and risk-check tasks under supervision- Track contract terms, deadlines, and payment schedules- Prepare and organize commercial documents for review4) Market Research & Reporting- Collect and organize information on market trends, competitors, and customer needs- Support the preparation of sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts- Assist with PQ (Pre-Qualification) documentation for new customers Requirements Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or business development (high-voltage or electrical equipment is a plus)- Interest in or exposure to transformers, GIS, or HV circuit breakers is welcome- Familiarity with major OEMs (e.g., Siemens, Hitachi Energy, GE, SGB-SMIT) is an advantage- German working visa holder, fluent in German (Korean preferred) Technical & Commercial Competence- Basic understanding of power transmission equipment and grid systems (willingness to learn is essential)- Some exposure to tendering, B2B sales, or infrastructure projects is a plus- Interest in learning UK and European customer project lifecycles (from bid to execution handover) Skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in handling documentation- Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales team- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Language - Fluent English (mandatory) - German (required for visa/working eligibility, Korean preferred) - Additional European language (French, Swedish, Norwegian) is an advantage
