Franchise Operations Lead Germany (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
Hauptzweck:
- Lead the agenda and relationship with beverage bottlers for the Horeca and GAM returnable business.
- Define the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and requirements for the returnable business.
- Identify and articulate market growth opportunities.
- Support and engage with the bottler to develop a strong Away-from-Home (AFH) category vision for key segments.
- Collaborate with and guide the bottler in developing, prioritizing, and executing aligned commercial plans for AFH Germany.
- GAM: Review, build, and execute the GAM strategy through the Regional Group (RG) team.
- Indirectly coordinate 125 mixed RG Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and 10 dedicated hunters (within the RG structure), as well as the Key Account team.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 2 people.
Qualifications
Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing roles within FMCG blue-chip companies.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, or commercial education.
- Strong ability to engage, mobilize, and inspire people.
- In-depth FMCG knowledge, including understanding customer landscapes and category dynamics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage extensive internal and external interactions.
- Proven ability to work independently on complex projects, integrating input from multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Solid negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
