JOB SUMMARY

We seek a motivated and well-organized Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in prospecting, developing, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in the defence-industrial space in Germany.
  • Sell to defence industry OEMs and develop relationships with leading engineers, project managers, buyers etc.
  • Find new projects.
  • Understand the customer needs and our product portfolio to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop new and existing customers and markets within the region (Germany).
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully implementing strategies and techniques.

SKILLS & EDUCATION

  • Fluent in German and English (Technical, commercial and negotiations).
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Background in the defence industry (An understanding of selling to OEMs).
  • Willingness to travel within his region/country (50%).
  • People skills and persistence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
