What the job involves
- Involvement in all aspects of the M&A transaction process
- Analyse industry trends and market conditions to identify strategic opportunities for clients
- Prepare high-quality pitch books, presentations, project documents and materials for client meetings
- Provide company valuations with a focus on the SME segment
- Working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Who we are looking for
