What the job involves Drive value creation across a number of portfolio companies, supporting management teams on growth, performance and strategic priorities Contribute to commercial, operational and financial initiatives within portfolio companies, helping translate strategy into measurable outcomes Track and analyse portfolio company performance, helping prepare regular reporting and recommendations Evaluate investment opportunities, including market research, financial analysis and due diligence Coordinate advisors, senior industry experts and operating partners Work closely with the CEO and senior investment professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to strategic decision-making across the portfolio Who we are looking for Multiple years of relevant experience gained in investment banking, consulting, Big 4, a search fund, or a PE-backed portfolio company; exposure to a private equity or principal investment environment is a plus Strong financial understanding paired with genuine commercial and operational curiosity Comfortable engaging with management teams, with a proactive, personable approach to building relationships over time Initiative and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Interest in learning to balance value creation with an eye for emerging strategic opportunities Willingness to spend regular time on site with the wider team Fluency in German and English #LI-MA1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
