Its dedicated technology strategy invests in fast-growing European software companies, with a focus on security and other mission-critical technologies.What the job involvesBuilding and leading the strategy's presence in DACH as its senior local representativeFinding investment opportunities in cybersecurity and wider technologies through a strong network of founders, corporates, advisers and co-investorsLeading transactions from start to finish: investment thesis, due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation and closingTaking board seats and working with management teams on value creation, buy-and-build and exit strategiesBuilding relationships across the German speaking technology ecosystemSupporting fundraising and investor relationsMonitoring current and newly acquired DACH portfolio investments and supporting value creationCarrying out divestment operations and managing exit strategiesWho we are looking for10+ years of experience in private equity, growth equity or technology M&A, with a proven track record of leading dealsDeep understanding of software and technology business modelsAn established network in the German-speaking technology ecosystemBoard-level experience and a hands-on approach to working with portfolio companiesEntrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build a local platformStrong leadership skills and the ability to develop junior team membersExcellent written and spoken German and English language skills are a mustFundraising experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
