What the job involves
Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions
Drive deal origination and pipeline development
Structure and negotiate transaction documentation
Own financial analysis and valuation and lead due diligence workstreams
Prepare investment committee and board materials
Manage relationships with equity partners, lenders and co-investors
Mentor and develop junior team members
Who we are looking for
Experience in M&A in an investment bank or in a private equity fund or infrastructure developer
Proven record of leading transactions, with clear ownership
Strong understanding of renewable energy assets and technologies
