About Our Client

Our client is an independent global investment management firm with over €2.3 billion in assets under management. The firm focuses on Growth Equity and Digital Infrastructure investments and is supported by a team of 70+ professionals across key financial hubs, including Frankfurt, Hamburg, San Francisco, London, Luxembourg, and Tel Aviv. The firm invests in high-growth enterprise software companies as well as infrastructure assets. This role is based in Frankfurt.

What the job involves

1. Assess investor appetite and compile targeted investor lists
2. Create and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date investor profiles
3. Track the status and engagement level of potential investors throughout the fundraising cycle
4. Support in planning and executing investor roadshows
5. Disseminate marketing and research materials to investors
6. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare marketing, due diligence, and ad hoc investor materials
7. Help establish and maintain a CRM database for tracking investor interactions

Who we are looking for

1. Academic background in commerce, finance, or a related field
2. Solid financial acumen, with experience in interpreting and analyzing financial data
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
4. Strong communication and organizational/project management skills
5. Prior experience in Investor Relations is advantageous but not essential
6. Fluency in English and an additional European language is a plus
