About our client Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy company headquartered in Vienna, with a 2 GW portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe and a development pipeline of almost 10 GW across 10 countries. The business has 250+ employees across more than 30 nationalities and is continuing to scale its renewable energy portfolio through acquisitions, development and new financing. The business is expanding its corporate finance function and is looking for an Associate to work closely with the Head of M&A and corporate financing and support the company’s financing and financial planning activities.
What the job involves
Manage covenant reporting and financing requirements Support drawdowns, waivers, LCs, RCFs and holdco facilities Build liquidity forecasts and financial models Support project valuations and financial planning Prepare bondholder and investor reporting Work closely with M&A, finance and other teams across the business Who we are looking for Experience in corporate finance, investment banking or advisory Infrastructure or renewable energy experience Strong financial modelling skills Familiarity with corporate finance operations: covenant reporting, drawdown requests, LTV-based holdco facility, waiver requests, LC and RCF facilities Fluent English Willingness to relocate to Vienna
