Mechanical Trainer (M/F)
Responsibilities Train apprentices in conventional and CNC mechanics Identify training needs and conduct training sessions using appropriate tools Deliver inter-company courses to apprentices Support trainees in the promotion of industrial trades Participate in the development of training programmes and update course materials Regularly monitor and assess acquired knowledge and skills Inform the training manager about the progress of the training provided Maintain and regularly develop pedagogical and technical skills
Profile Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic or equivalent qualification Experience in apprentice training Certificate as an auxiliary trainer and company trainer, or willingness to undertake the training Ability to put interlocutors at ease, especially the younger generation, and to provide feedback Good pedagogue, eager to share knowledge enthusiastically and open to self-reflection Ability to create and maintain trust-based working relationships Fluency in French and German (spoken and written)
