Mechanical Trainer (M/F)
Responsibilities
- Train apprentices in conventional and CNC mechanics - Identify training needs and conduct training sessions using appropriate tools - Deliver inter-company courses to apprentices - Support trainees in the promotion of industrial trades - Participate in the development of training programmes and update course materials - Regularly monitor and assess acquired knowledge and skills - Inform the training manager about the progress of the training provided - Maintain and regularly develop pedagogical and technical skills
Profile
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic or equivalent qualification - Experience in apprentice training - Certificate as an auxiliary trainer and company trainer, or willingness to undertake the training - Ability to put interlocutors at ease, especially the younger generation, and to provide feedback - Good pedagogue, eager to share knowledge enthusiastically and open to self-reflection - Ability to create and maintain trust-based working relationships - Fluency in French and German (spoken and written)
