1. Design Leadership

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Alias, CATIA, Rhino, Photoshop, and other industry-standard tools
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of innovative automotive designs and successful projects
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
