The role –
As part of an expanding team of 6, the successful candidate will be placing senior-level professionals on a contract basis. You’ll recruit within the DACH region and become a leader within the Düsseldorf branch.
You will join a high-performing team who are working with a well-established client base, comprised of some of the world’s leading Energy and Infrastructure brands. Therefore, the successful candidate will be required to maintain existing client relationships while confidently approaching prospective clients to bring on new business.
As the business believes in leading by example, you’ll start off as a hands-on Recruiter, managing the full 360 recruitment process.
The aim is for the successful candidate to quickly progress to a mentoring/ managing role, offering the opportunity to develop into a capable people manager. For those who already have managerial experience, there is scope to start in a Leadership capacity.
- You will have at least 2 years 360 recruitment experience, doing both business development and candidate sourcing.
- Must speak fluent German and English.
- Right to work in the EU is required.
- Preferably experienced in the Energy (specific renewables or power generation) or Infrastructure sector.
- Have proven and consistent billing history.
- Confident to expertly network with global candidates and clients.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously.
