Senior Recruitment Consultant – Berlin
€38-€44k basic salary + commission
Our client is a well-respected independent boutique recruitment firm with a stellar reputation in the IT and Digital sectors across Europe, UK & USA. With a team of 25 recruitment professionals spread across offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Bristol, London, and New York, the company is experiencing significant growth.
Due to their success, they are expanding their largest team in Berlin who are poised for substantial growth in 2025. This is an exciting time to join, as current hires will have the opportunity to shape the future leadership of the company.
The role:
- Building new relationships with external clients and candidates, with the aim of meeting everyone face-to-face
- Identifying clients hiring requirements and supporting them to find the right talent
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels e.g. professional networks, job boards, social media
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess hard and soft skillsets
- Publication of advertisements and marketing vacancies
- Supporting and advising clients and candidates during the recruitment process
- Managing interview processes, feedback and offer stages
- Conducting contract negotiations with personnel decision-makers
Experience needed:
- You will have at least 18 months 360 recruitment agency experience and are able to demonstrate a successful, consistent billing history
- This will ideally be in the technology or digital area – although other similar/cross over sectors will be considered
- Strong skills in business development and candidate generation
- Fluent English is a must
- Must have EU right to work
- Energy to deliver a first class recruitment service
- Be in Berlin, or making plans to relocate
