Responsibilities Ensuring the availability and performance of highly automated assembly lines. Industrialization and commissioning of assembly lines. Qualification and validation of processes and equipment. Independently resolving process problems in the manufacturing environment. Proactively analyzing equipment malfunctions and efficiently deriving improvement opportunities. Development and implementation of optimization solutions to improve product quality and profitability. Point of contact regarding products and processes for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Completed advanced training at a university of applied sciences/higher technical college in a technical field/automation technology or a comparable qualification. At least 2 years of professional experience with automated series production (or similar field). Knowledge of production process optimization.
