Role
Revenue Growth & Commercial Finance Manager (m/f/d) based in Vienna or Zurich, shaping the commercial agenda behind our iconic brands by turning data-driven insights into sustainable growth opportunities across Switzerland and Austria.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Finance & Business
Partnering: partner with Sales, Marketing and Senior Management to drive profitable growth through data-driven insights and financial analysis; support annual customer negotiations with robust business cases, profitability analyses and negotiation scenarios; provide strategic recommendations on commercial investments, pricing and profitability; deliver analytical support to senior leadership.

Management: lead RGM across Switzerland and Austria focusing on pricing, promotions, trade investments and portfolio optimisation; drive cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability, customer value and sustainable growth; develop KPI frameworks and evaluate activities to maximise ROI; shape pricing and investment strategies to strengthen revenue and margin.
- Leadership & Capability
Building: lead and develop a team of three RGM & Commercial Finance professionals; foster a strong commercial and profitability mindset; drive data, analytics and AI-driven initiatives to enhance decision-making and commercial effectiveness; collaborate with Finance, Sales and Business Excellence teams to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling and/or Commercial Strategy.
- Several years (typically 4–7) of relevant experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling or FP&A/BP&A within large organisations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with strategic agility; ability to challenge the status quo and translate data-driven insights into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning complex data into actionable decisions.
- Proven track record of influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Finance.
- Reliable and trusted team player with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
- Fluent in German and English; French is considered a strong advantage.
