YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement methods to improve procurement processes, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
• Conduct data analyses to derive insights for supplier selection, cost optimization, and risk management
• Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs and derive recommendations for action
• Support supplier and procurement management within projects based on quantitative and qualitative assessments
• Set up and continuously improve procurement controlling and reporting tools
• Define data and information requirements for core procurement processes

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in Finance / Business Administration.
• You bring at least 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A for a FMCG company or an external audit firm.
• You have the ability to learn quickly and leverage technology solutions.
• You have a good understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet impacts of business decisions.
• You are a strong teamplayer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You bring strategic thinking, but also knowing the importance of details.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bringing knowledge of finance tools (Tagetik, Jedox, Qlik, Power BI, JD Edwards) is an advantage.
• You are fluent in English written and verbal, German is a plus.
