Asphalt Foreman
Your challenges:
Reporting to the site managers, you ensure the operational management of asphalt sites and the management of field teams. In this capacity, you are responsible for:
- Organising and supervising one to two asphalt teams - Planning and monitoring asphalt sites, from preparation to execution - Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and current regulations - Strictly ensuring the application of rules and requirements regarding safety, quality and environment - Ensuring the proper use of machines and equipment - Preparing daily reports and monitoring the work - Being the main contact between the site and the work management
Your profile:
- Solid knowledge of bituminous coatings and their application - Knowledge of asphalt machinery - Holding M5 and M6 machine operator licences is a plus - Natural leadership and ability to unite teams - Autonomy, flexibility and dynamism. - Good command of French - Category B driving licence mandatory - Federal Foreman certificate is a plus
