You will assemble and adjust mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic assemblies in accordance with drawings, parts lists and assembly instructions Your duties will include the pre-assembly and final assembly of machine components During adjustment and reworking tasks such as measuring, joining and fitting, you ensure that components fit precisely After assembly, you carry out functional and quality tests and document the results If faults occur, you analyse the causes and rectify faults in the assemblies In close consultation with the design, electrical and quality assurance teams, you will clarify technical issues and deviations You will keep your workstation, tools and equipment in good order, whilst observing health and safety regulations You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d) You are able to read and implement technical drawings, parts lists and assembly instructions with confidence You have some initial experience in the assembly and adjustment of mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic assemblies You work carefully and precisely when handling measuring equipment and when joining and fitting components You take a structured approach to fault analysis and troubleshooting Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit You are characterised by a strong commitment to quality and reliability On-the-job training Long-term assignment Good availability Pay above the standard rate
