Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Performing routine measurements for oligonucleotides, mainly using HPLC with UV and/or Single Quad MS detection
- Planning, executing and documenting experiments collaboratively in a team of five associates
- Using chromatographic data systems such as Empower or OpenLab to control analytical instruments
- Evaluating data with Genedata or Oligo Analysis Accelerator
- Developing, improving and validating analytical methods for the quality assessment of oligonucleotides
- Ensuring compliance with GxP guidelines and relevant SOPs
Must Haves:
- You hold a vocational scientific qualification, e.g. an apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory technician, with at least 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. No university degree, Master's degree or PhD is required
- Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and techniques, such as HPLC and MS
- Interest in or background in analytical development for oligonucleotides
- Strong knowledge of LC-MS applications and instruments would be a plus
- Experience with large molecules or biologics analytics would be an advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, open-minded, goal-oriented and a strong team player
- A strong quality mindset, excellent attention to detail and knowledge of GxP requirements across clinical phases
- Good command of English; German proficiency is beneficial
