As part of the Customer Success Management – Enterprise Team, you will advise key customers on enhancing HR efficiency and automation through the adoption of Personio, aligning with their business objectives to maximize value.

Role Responsibilities: What you\’ll do

  1. Forge Trusting Relationships: Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with 10-15 key Enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.
  2. Drive Product Adoption: Understand your customers\‘ business processes and strategic goals to identify opportunities for HR efficiency and automation with Personio.
  3. Ensure Retention and Expansion: Monitor customer health, mitigate challenges proactively, and develop plans for customer growth and upselling.
  4. Elevate Customer Engagement: Conduct regular business reviews with customers and their executive teams to ensure alignment with their objectives.
  5. Strengthen Customer-Centered Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders at Personio to craft tailored solutions and translate enterprise needs into product requirements.
  6. Promote Thought Leadership: Lead projects on methodologies, OKRs, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have a proven track record of 3+ years in a client-facing role in High Touch Customer Success, HR Strategy & Projects, or Consulting, with prior SaaS experience.
  • You are fluent in German (C2/native) and English (C1).
  • You communicate thoughtfully, clearly, and candidly, ensuring transparency and productive interactions.
  • You can manage stakeholders at multiple levels, from individual contributors to senior management, building rapport and shared understanding.
  • You leverage your business acumen to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • You utilize your HR expertise to anticipate needs and enhance people processes.
  • You are skilled at navigating divergent interests, setting expectations, and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • You possess a data-driven, revenue-conscious mindset focused on product adoption and growth.
