Your mission

At Neo Q, we use artificial intelligence to transform radiology and healthcare. Our flagship product, RadioReport®, helps radiologists and healthcare providers create fast, precise and standardized reports—improving clinical workflows and patient care.

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with a strong clinical interoperability background to build new AI products and RadioReport add-ons—from NLP and speech-enabled reporting to automated structuring and intelligent workflow support. From day one, you will work at the intersection of radiology workflows, clinical integrations, compliance and product strategy, owning the product direction from discovery through rollout.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape the vision and roadmap for our AI product portfolio and new RadioReport add-ons
  • Work directly with radiologists, customers and partners to understand clinical workflows, integration needs and valuable product opportunities
  • Take ideas from discovery to launch: define value propositions, MVPs and success criteria, validate assumptions and guide continuous improvement
  • Lead the product side of complex customer and partner integration projects by clarifying outcomes, scope, interfaces, dependencies and decisions while keeping individual requests aligned with the broader product strategy
  • Own and prioritize the Product Backlog and translate clinical workflows, interoperability constraints, compliance requirements and business needs into clear outcomes and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with our development team to evaluate AI use cases, shape feasible solutions and balance user value, business impact, technical constraints, data protection, security and regulatory requirements
  • Align management, developers, clinical experts, customers and partners around priorities, risks and trade-offs, and communicate product and project progress clearly

Your profile

  • Several years of Product Ownership or Product Management experience with complex healthcare software, combined with substantial customer-facing project leadership in Healthcare IT, MedTech or clinical diagnostics
  • Strong working knowledge of clinical interoperability, healthcare integrations and relevant environments or standards such as RIS/PACS, DICOM, HL7/FHIR and APIs
  • Experience translating compliance, data protection, information security and regulatory requirements into product and project decisions
  • Strong product judgment, entrepreneurial thinking and the confidence to make and defend priorities in an evolving environment
  • A practical understanding of the opportunities and limitations of technologies such as generative AI, LLMs, NLP and speech processing
  • The ability to understand technical topics and translate between clinical, commercial and development perspectives
  • Experience with agile product development, backlog management and outcome-oriented delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English; German skills are a strong advantage

Experience with radiology reporting, AI-enabled clinical software or international healthcare integrations is a strong advantage.

Why us?

  • Build AI products with real clinical relevance: Help create solutions that make radiology reporting faster, more structured and more useful
  • Real ownership and visible impact: Shape both our AI product portfolio and the future direction of RadioReport
  • Close access to users and experts: Work directly with an experienced team, radiologists, customers, international partners and management
  • A pragmatic and flexible environment: Benefit from short decision paths and remote flexibility within Germany and the EU, with Neo Q based in Berlin
  • Company benefits: Benefit from a subsidized Deutschlandticket and special sports club membership offers
