- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Facilitate meetings and communication among project participants
- Manage project documentation and governance processes
- Track project costs and ensure budget compliance
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management and experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage)
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Collaborative spirit — bridges software engineering, product management and project IT
- Conflict resolution and negotiation as well as time management and prioritization
- Fluent German, English and French (written and spoken)
