Your mission
As a Senior Autonomy and Navigation Engineer you own the navigation and autonomy stack that enables NeuralAgent platforms to operate where GNSS cannot be trusted, including denied, jammed, or spoofed environments.
- Design, implement, and field-validate robust state estimation for UxS platforms.
- Architect the onboard autonomy stack, including localization, degraded-mode behaviors, and failsafes
- Lead sensor fusion across IMU, vision, LiDAR/radar, barometric, and opportunistic sources.
- Take prototypes from simulation through HIL to flight test and act as technical lead in test campaigns.
- Support with mentoring less experienced team members and review theses and code in the navigation area.
- Serve as a steady, reliable technical anchor for the team — someone others can count on to help navigate ambiguous or difficult technical challenges to a solid resolution

Minimum of 5 years experience in robotics, aerospace software; field-deployed navigation experience;
Advanced proficiency in Python, C++ are a must, experience with Rust is highly appreciated
Hands on experience with ROS 2 and internals of PX4 or ArduPilot
Real hardware and flight-test experience.
You are strong team player
You have first experience in technical leadership
You are used to work in high pace project mode

About us
At NeuralAgent, we are building coordination and AI-Operating layer at edge that orchestrates the autonomous systems and networks across space, air, ground, maritime and underwater domains.
We believe the future will be powered by decentralized intelligence—where autonomous systems collaborate, make decisions and adapt in real time wherever the mission takes place.
