Your mission
- Support daily team organization, task allocation, workload distribution, and employee training.
- Support the coordination of RMA, product inspection, and quality control activities to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Follow up on team performance, operational progress, quality standards, and compliance with established processes.
- Identify and communicate operational exceptions and recurring quality issues, and support their resolution and follow-up.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support the resolution of cross-functional RMA, product, and quality-related issues.
- Provide day-to-day support to team members, facilitate communication, and support continuous process improvements.
- Prepare and provide regular updates on operational progress and key issues, and support the department manager in escalating critical issues, risks, and resource requirements.
Your profile
- Experience in team management, production supervision, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Quick learner with the ability to develop strong product knowledge and understand relevant business processes.
- Basic people management and team development skills, combined with a strong sense of quality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Fluent Chinese and sufficient English proficiency to work effectively in an English-speaking business environment.
- Engineering background required; experience in electronics, telecommunications, optical communications, quality management, RMA, product testing, or failure analysis is preferred.
- Willingness and potential to develop towards a future Team Leader role.
