Your mission
- Lead the vision for the product, defining its strategic direction and purpose
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, includingDevelopment,Infrastructure,Design, QA, and Customer Success, to build products that fulfill market needs
- Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Take ownership of the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond
- Analyze product metrics to make informed decisions,identifyareas of improvement, and measure success
- Ensure that the product aligns with the overall company vision and long-term strategy
- Provide strong leadership and effective line management by setting clear expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, supporting career development, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Your profile
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role inagile teams
- Proven experience in line management
- Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product development processes,software architectures,API design, market research, customer engagement, and usability testing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Bonus: Experience in the automotive industry, supply chainor B2B software solutions
