Your mission
As part of our IT Support team, you're the first point of contact for our customers' employees whenever technology gets in their way. You solve most requests yourself, keep tickets moving and make sure complex cases reach the right people in our 2nd Level team. It's a great fit if you enjoy helping people and want to grow your technical skills.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of contact for IT requests from our customers' employees, via ticket, phone or email.
- Prioritize, document and resolve incoming tickets reliably in our ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot IT issues independently and find pragmatic solutions, always with the user's perspective in mind.
- Hand over complex cases to our 2nd Level team smoothly, with clear and complete documentation.
- Guide users through every issue with patience, empathy and a strong service mindset.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration) or first experience in IT support.
- Fluent English (C1); German is a plus.
- A strong service mindset and a customer-focused, independent, solution-oriented way of working.
- A hands-on attitude: you take ownership and get things done.
- Curiosity to keep learning and develop your technical skills.
