You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive the growth of our Sales & Partnerships and Marketing functions.Role Responsibilities: What you\’ll doTalent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute our TA strategy aligned with Personio’s growth objectives, emphasizing our Sales & Partnerships and Marketing departments.Leadership: Grow, lead, and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers, serving as a key partner to other leaders in TA.Employer branding: Strengthen our employer branding strategy to make Personio a recognized brand across Europe.Hiring: Oversee daily recruitment for our Sales & Partnerships and Marketing teams across Europe. Partner with internal teams to improve processes and implement scalable solutions to hire top talent.Stakeholder management: Collaborate closely with our Sales & Partnerships and Marketing leaders to meet their hiring goals.Data, reporting, and analytics: Establish and monitor team metrics and KPIs to improve our hiring efforts. Track and report on key activities to influence positive change.Market intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends across Europe and share relevant insights with leadership.Diversity and inclusion: Implement initiatives to promote D&I within recruiting. Partner with internal communities and D&I teams to prioritize D&I in hiring.Role Requirements: What you need to succeedExtensive talent acquisition experience with leadership scope, supporting Sales and Marketing teams. Experience supporting the DACH market is required. Proven success in scaling and leading teams, with a track record of growth and high performance. Deep understanding of sales and marketing roles, competencies, and market trends. Willingness to lead by example. Strong stakeholder management skills.
