To support Personio on this journey and fuel our growth, we are seeking Strategy & Business Operations Working Students (d/f/m) who help upper management implement company-wide projects and achieve goals across various departments.

Role Responsibilities: What you\’ll do

Working Student Positions:

Sales Operations (Munich):

• Assist the GTM Strategy and Operations team in sales territory management, including defining effective territories and implementing in Salesforce, along with continuous reporting to evaluate the setup.
• Conduct market potential analyses regarding volume, attractiveness, etc.
• Support sales acceleration initiatives by generating ideas, operationalizing, reporting, and monitoring.

GTM Strategy & Operations (Munich):

• Maintain and update existing reporting and dashboards.
• Create smaller reports and dashboards after aligning with stakeholders on requirements.
• Prepare content based on insights for weekly/monthly leadership meetings.
• Support stakeholder alignment and communication.
• Ensure data quality in CRMs and compliance with process directives, correcting data inconsistencies.
• Support data literacy initiatives through trainings and documentation.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

We are looking for a working student with a hands-on mentality, eager to tackle various tasks supporting our strategic initiatives.

Hard Skills:

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Practical experience from internships in fast-paced environments like management consulting, tech, or startups.
• Experience creating concise presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Proficiency in English.

Soft Skills:

• Independent work style with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent people skills, including networking and teamwork.
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving, analytical, and curiosity-driven abilities.
• Effective communication skills across organizational levels.

Salary:

• Working Students: 16€ (Bachelor), 17€ (Master) per hour for 20 hours/week.
• Interns: 2,100€ per month for 40 hours/week.
