International Sales Manager Eastern Europe (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for sales and revenue growth within your assigned region. You will identify new business opportunities, develop sustainable market strategies, and build strong relationships with fire departments, governmental organizations, public authorities, and business partners. With your commercial expertise and technical understanding, you will help bring innovative firefighting and rescue solutions to customers throughout Eastern Europe.

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Take overall responsibility for sales performance and business development within your assigned sales region.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to sustainably increase growth and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively expand into new markets and application areas.
  • Acquire new customers in the public sector and build long-term relationships with fire departments, authorities, and business partners.
  • Maintain and continuously develop existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support the strategic positioning of our solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and quotation preparation to contract negotiations and successful deal closure.
  • Represent Magirus at international trade fairs, industry congresses, customer events, and conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Service, Academy, Marketing, and Manufacturing to ensure excellent customer support.
  • Maintain customer data and sales activities within the CRM system and derive business development initiatives from relevant insights.

Dein Profil

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in international sales, ideally within the firefighting industry, commercial vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, or other technically sophisticated capital goods sectors.
  • You are enthusiastic about innovative firefighting, rescue, and safety technologies and have the ability to understand complex technical systems and solution concepts.
  • You have a professional presence and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in an international business environment.
  • You demonstrate strong intercultural competence and feel comfortable working with customers and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • You are fluent in English and possess proficiency in at least one Eastern European language, such as Russian, Polish, Czech, or a comparable language.
  • You are willing to travel extensively for international customer visits, trade fairs, and business meetings.
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems as part of your daily work.
  • You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner, while consistently focusing on achieving results.
  • You value cross-functional collaboration and actively contribute to the further development of our international business activities.
