The role

• Own and develop the product strategy, roadmap and commercial success of digital products and services
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive innovation and business growth
• Manage the full product lifecycle , from initial concept and business case through to launch and ongoing optimisation
• Develop pricing strategies, commercial models and go-to-market plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within telecom, IT, SaaS, digital platforms or B2B services
• Proven track record of launching and growing digital products or services
• Strong commercial understanding, including pricing, product strategy and go-to-market
• Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills
• Fluent English ; additional languages are an advantage
• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate, with eligibility to work in Switzerland
