We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our growing consultancy team, with a strong focus on German Payroll (PY) . If you're passionate about delivering high-quality SAP solutions, enjoy working closely with clients, and want the flexibility of a remote and part-time friendly role—this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on SAP HCM PY modules and system integration
• Analyze and optimize business processes together with client teams
• Implement and configure German SAP HCM PY systems based on best practices
• Ensure quality through testing , issue resolution, and continuous support
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users
• Contribute to presales activities and client engagement

What You Bring

• 2+ years of SAP HCM experience, ideally in German Payroll (PY)
• Customization/configuration experience in SAP HCM
• SuccessFactors experience is a strong plus
• ABAP debugging or understanding is a nice-to-have
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Fluent German is required; English proficiency is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally ( up to 20%)
