to join the international operations team in Switzerland. Location: Lugano region Type: Permanent Home Office: 20% Important: BPM, process modeling, process governance, process mining and analysis, as well as data governance as a key aspect of process quality Tasks
Create high-level to-be process models based on the company’s scope, requirements and business strategy Design detailed end-to-end industry-specific to-be processes, come up with the appropriate end-to-end solution options as well as creating the end-to-end functional landscape, including integration points and governance Applying a strong understanding of planning, operations and/or accounting processes Lead RFX projects as well as teams in a multi-cultural environment Requirements
Around 5 years or more working in the implementation of logistics solutions (in a leading or business manager role) Experience in the logistics sector and/or material handling industry Practical and theoretical knowledge in architectural standards (e.g. EA, TOGAF, FEA, Gartner Methodology, ITIL) and/or project management (e.g. ASAP, PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2 etc.) Previous professional experience with Process Management Applications like SAP Signavio, LeanIX, Celonis, SYMBIO, etc. SAP, Oracle or Microsoft implementation experience Business fluency in English and; additional EMEA language skills are beneficial Benefits
